QB Stiltner to direct Spartans offense for second straight season

Coach Rocco Dobran looks forward to Colby Stiltner directing the offense in his second season as the starting quarterback for the Conneaut Spartans.

“I think he’s going to have a huge leap from last year,” Dobran said. “He knows this system as well as I do, and that’s where you want to get with any quarterback.”
