Former Alabama and NFL running back Timothy “TJ” Yeldon was arrested early Saturday morning on domestic violence charges, according to the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office.
Yeldon faces three charges: third-degree domestic violence, third-degree criminal mischief and interference with a domestic violence emergency call.
The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office received an emergency phone call transfer from 911 around 1 a.m. Saturday, and “BCSO communication officers could hear what was believed to be a domestic violence offense occurring between a male and female,” according to a sheriff’s office release.
Deputies responded to the 28000 block of State Highway 181, according to officials.
