The Seattle Seahawks held a Sunday morning practice after some rest and recovery time from their 33-16 preseason win over the Kansas City Chiefs on Friday. While Kenneth Walker III returned to practice and Olu Oluwatimi got in some limited work, the biggest story of the day was outside linebacker Uchenna Nwosu passing his physical and coming off the PUP list. Nwosu had offseason knee surgery and has otherwise missed the majority of Seattle’s last two regular seasons with separate injuries.

It’s undoubtedly encouraging to see Nwosu avoid starting the regular season on the PUP list, which would’ve forced him to miss the first four games.
