Diana Huynh learned this the hard way when she paid $9.63 (£5.72) for a decoration she hoped to hang up in her home on her big day. It looked like a charming bow that she could use to adorn her door.

However, the product that arrived was very different. The 37-year-old realised it wasn't a three-dimensional ribbon. It was actually a flat polyester sheet folded up and printed with an image of a door and bow.
