Gemma Atkinson has offered an update on her time apart from Gorka Marquez after she supported his big Strictly Come Dancing news.

The couple are no strangers to spending a vast amount of time apart with their various work and family commitments, mainly Gorka's with the hit dance show.

But earlier this month, ahead of the celebrities being announced for Strictly's upcoming 2025 series, the professional dancer confirmed he wouldn't be competing in the BBC One dance contest this year.

Taking to Instagram, Gorka told how he won't be around until the end of the series as he takes on another role, but will be involved in the pre-recorded group numbers having joined his fellow pros in recent weeks.
