Off to a very warm start and quite humid, too, to start a new workweek! Expect a bright sunrise and temperatures holding in the 70s out-the-door.
This afternoon will bring a build up in clouds and plenty of continued warmth with highs nearing 90° and "feels like" temperatures in the middle 90s, due to higher than normal dew points statewide. A few storms are expected to dot the area with the greater chances for the western half of the state closer to the stalled front. Little air movement today with winds from the southeast at 5-10 mph.
Later tonight, expect plenty of dry time during the evening for outdoor activities. Overnight, additional storms could develop through sunrise from the northwest to the southeast, including downtown Indianapolis.
