COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) -- Good Monday morning! We're kicking off the week with mostly clear skies, warm temps, and a that daily dose of summer humidity.
Expect abundant sunshine through the morning hours, with a few clouds drifting in by afternoon. Despite that, skies will stay mostly sunny, and temperatures will soar into the mid 90s—so keep the water bottle handy!
This warm and humid pattern holds steady through much of the week, with daily highs in the low to mid 90s. While most of the days will be dry, a stray pop-up thunderstorm is possible during the afternoons.
Looking ahead, a cold front is on track to move in by late week into the weekend. That will bring increased chances for rain and help knock temperatures back into the more comfortable 80s.
