Seattle Mariners right fielder Victor Robles was ejected from Sunday’s Triple-A Tacoma rehab game after he threw his bat at the pitcher, who ran a fastball up and inside, nearly hitting him.

Robles, 28, whose recovering from a shoulder injury, was at the plate for his second at-bat in the third inning against Las Vegas Aviators pitcher Joey Estes when he lost his cool, as shown in a clip posted on X by Jomboy Media. Robles is playing with the Triple-A Tacoma Rainiers as part of his rehab assignment.
