ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Monday will be a refreshing change from the recent humidity. Expect mostly sunny skies with highs in the low 70s, which is about 10 degrees below normal for mid-August. A light breeze and dry conditions will make for a pleasant start to our week.
By Tuesday, temperatures rebound into the 80s, but clouds will build and showers and thunderstorms are possible late in the day. Scattered showers look to stick around on Wednesday before we clear out again.
The second half of the week looks more settled, with partly to mostly sunny skies Thursday and Friday with highs back into the upper 70s and low 80s.
Next weekend brings more warmth. Saturday looks to be hot and humid with highs near the upper 80s, with a chance of isolated storms for both weekend days.
