CATAWBA COUNTY, N.C. — Multiple suspects in a Catawba County mas shooting appeared in court on this week.
Zachary Bates and Izaiah Kane Mitchell both appeared Monday. They each face one count of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and 63 counts of attempted first-degree murder in connection with the shooting.
Tuesday, it was Ke’Andre Mack and Zoe Braswell’s turns in front of a superior court judge.
One person was killed and 11 others were hurt when multiple suspects fired more than 80 shots at a pool party in Mountain View, a small community in southwest Catawba County. Some of the rounds shot people, others hit homes and parked cars.
