Javi Marroquin is going to be a father of four.

The Teen Mom alum—who shares Lincoln , 11, with ex-wife Kailyn Lowry —announced that wife Lauren Marroquin is pregnant with their third baby together four months after they got married .

"The best honeymoon souvenir," Javi wrote on Instagram August 17. "So grateful to be doing this again with you momma! You’re the strongest woman I know and we are beyond lucky."

He added, "love you more each day."

In the accompanying photo, Javi and Lauren—who also share Eli , 6, and Maizee , 14 months—are all smiles as they pose on the beach with Javi holding Lauren's baby bump.
