LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - Officers from the Gaylord Police Department assisted the Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement (SANE) team in the arrest of three people involved in the sale and purchase of methamphetamine on August 10.
Detectives received information regarding suspected drug activity taking place at a local car wash in Gaylord.
The investigation led to the arrest of 43-year-old Travis Puroll and 31-year-old Leah Steel, both from Mason, who were allegedly using the location to sell drugs.
A traffic stop conducted by officers resulted in the seizure of suspected meth and a pair of brass knuckles.
During the stop, 46-year-old Larry Love of Frederick was also arrested after allegedly receiving meth from Puroll and Steel.
