There are millions of dog owners in the UK, with many enjoying the companionship of a furry friend.

However, one vet has voiced their opinion over the five dog breeds they would look to avoid personally, due to a multitude of factors.

Dr Amir Anwary, a South African veterinarian explained that while every dog has its own personality, it is important future dog owners are aware that certain breeds can be challenging for some pet owners.

The first dog he referred to may be one which surprises individuals - as it it known to be an adorable little dog.
