AUSTIN, Texas (KLTV) - The Texas House is set to meet at noon today in an attempt to hold their first quorum of the second special session, which comes after a multi-week quorum break from House Democrats caused the previous special session to end in a limbo.

Texas House Democrats say they will return Monday after the second special session began, but also when California made a plan to redraw their state’s congressional districts to counter-act the redistricting that is being proposed in Texas.
