SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — A San Angelo man has been arrested on multiple counts of manslaughter and an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after being indicted following a fatal crash that resulted in the death of two people, including a 10-year-old child.
29-year-old Shelton McDonald was booked into Tom Green County on Aug. 17 with two charges of manslaughter and one aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge. He currently has no bond, according to the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office website.
The indictment report states that McDonald was indicted on two counts of manslaughter and four counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. It also shows that he is facing a $50,000 bond for each count, adding up to $300,000.
