OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - A new study released by Rustic Pathways shows Oklahomans have the lowest rates of passport ownership with New Jersey taking the first place in having the highest rate of passport ownership in the United States.
The study ranked Oklahoma at 43 out of 50 states for valid passports.
According to a student travel company Rustic Pathways using data from the Bureau of Consular Affairs says between 2015 and 2024 says, New York has the second-highest rate of residents holding a valid passport.
