CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- LearningRx, a brain training center in Charlottesville, is celebrating its 15th anniversary this weekend.

“I was looking to help the kids who are falling through the cracks in our education system,” said owner Dargan Coggeshall. “Everyone thinks when a student’s struggling, you do tutoring, you just get more teaching. Well, we asked the question, 'Why didn’t they get it the first time?'”
