JACKSON, Ky. (WKYT) - Felicia Gross and her husband are now both facing charges in connection with the death of Jayden Spicer, Felicia’s son.

Joshua Gross has been charged with complicity to murder, complicity to report an incident, tampering with physical evidence, abuse of a corpse and complicity to tamper with witnesses. Officials have confirmed that Gross is now in custody.

Felicia Gross was previously facing several charges, including manslaughter. That has been upgraded to a murder charge.

Felicia Gross briefly appeared in court earlier Monday morning.

Our crew at the courtroom says Felicia Gross is being indicted and that the case is being sent to a grand jury.
