TRENTON — New Jersey sued President Donald Trump's administration again Monday, challenging the president's withholding of money to help crime victims in states that don't go along with his immigration policies.

The lawsuit was New Jersey's 33rd against the Trump administration since he returned to office in January.

It was led by New Jersey Attorney General Matt Platkin, along with the attorneys general of California, Delaware, Illinois and Rhode Island as the primary plaintiffs. In all, 21 states are represented in Monday's lawsuit.
