BATH, N.Y. (WETM) — A Bath woman was arrested on Friday after deputies said she assaulted two responding officers following disruptive behavior inside the building's lobby.

Blair Devine, 29, was arrested on Friday, Aug 15, on the following charges: • Assault in the second degree, a class D felony. • Resisting Arrest • Obstructing governmental administration in the second degree. • Harassment in the second degree. • Disorderly conduct.

Devine's arrest stems from an incident at the Stueben County Department of Social Services building, where deputies said she got into a fight and acted disruptively in the lobby.

Devine also intentionally struck and kicked two of the responding officers, causing injury to both, deputies said. The two officers were treated at a local medical facil
