SCHENECTADY — Last week, the Greater Capital Region Aquatics Hall of Fame announced its second class of honorees, set to be inducted during an enshrinement ceremony on Oct. 18, at Clifton Park's Hilton Garden Inn. Among the standout swimmers, divers, and pool-deck coaches is Scotia-Glenville rising senior Juliet Percenti, who was named Senior Female Athlete of the Year.

Percenti placed third in the 50 freestyle (23.66 seconds) and tenth in the 100 freestyle (52.70) at the 2024 New York State Championships. She took second in the 50 freestyle (23.63) and 16th in the 100 freestyle (53.42) in 2023. In addition, her relays placed second in the 200 medley relay and the 400 freestyle relay at the state meet.
