Clint Lancaster -- a high-profile Arkansas attorney who helped litigate the contentious paternity case against Hunter Biden -- has been accused by his wife of substance abuse and domestic violence.

Jennifer Lancaster, also a prominent attorney and Republican activist, lodged the allegations in a lawsuit filed in Saline County Circuit Court earlier this month. She seeks separate maintenance and emergency custody of their two children, according to court documents.

"My husband has a long history of prescription drug and alcohol abuse, unresolved anger issues, and unstable mental health," Jennifer Lancaster wrote in a signed affidavit .

The lawsuit was first reported by the Arkansas Times. Neither Clint nor Jennifer Lancaster immediately returned a request for comment.
