PHOENIX – Phoenix Children’s depends in part on the generosity of donors, including through its annual Give-A-Thon, to maintain its world-class health care services.

“It’s philanthropy that really fills the gap, and it fuels over 170 programs and it helps support us driving innovation,” Tim Harrison, the hospital’s vice president of corporate partnerships and special events, told KTAR News 92.3 FM’s The Mike Broomhead Show on Monday, the first day of the 2025 Give-A-Thon fundraiser.

“It helps kind of build these new buildings. It helps bring on the exceptional talent that we need to deliver the care for this. So, it does everything.”
