Fred Durst wasn’t amused by a drone that was hovering right in front of him during a Limp Bizkit show on Sunday night (August 17th) in Istanbul, Turkey. The frontman swatted down the flying device as it got a little too close to the stage.
Video footage shows Limp Bizkit performing “Take a Look Around” toward the end of the set, when the drone starts to approach Durst during an instrumental portion of the song. After staring at the device for several seconds, Durst promptly slaps it down to the ground with the microphone in his right hand, eliciting screams and laughter from the audience. He then tells a security guard to “throw it out in the crowd.”
Funny enough, Bizkit followed “Take a Look Around” with the appropriately titled “Break Stuff,” putting a wrap on the 14-song set.
