Two people are being charged in connection with a teenager's death in New Hampshire in June, police said Monday: the teenage driver of the vehicle the boy jumped from and the owner of a home where they'd been at a party, drinking.

Tyson Bolduc jumped from the vehicle Sunday, June 8, about 8:15 p.m. near the intersection of Wallace Road and Stagecoach Lane, Bedford police said. They'd been investigating the possibility of underage drinking at a gathering .

That investigation led to a charge of facilitating an underage alcohol party for 55-year-old Bedford resident Heather Keegan, police said, and open alcohol container charges for a 17-year-old boy whose name wasn't shared.
