WDIV reporter Hank Winchester opened up about his legal issues as he returned to his podcast co-hosting duties Monday.

Winchester, who had last appeared on "The Morning After with Kelly Stafford & Hank" in June, before he was placed on leave by the TV station and before his Beverly Hills home was raided by law enforcement, said the last two months have been "an emotionally exhausting process."
