He is set to face a preliminary inquiry in November, on six charges, including impaired driving causing death in connection with a crash last Dec. 23, on Glenmore Trail S.W.
The drunk driving suspect accused of fleeing a traffic stop while on bail in connection with a fatal crash will remain behind bars until at least the beginning of September.
Defence counsel Alain Hepner appeared in Calgary Court of Justice on Monday and asked that Kane Anignostis Burrows’ case be adjourned to Sept. 3.

Hepner told Justice Sean Dunnigan his is working on a potential bail release plan for his client and will keep assigned Crown prosecutor Greg Piper up to date on any progress in the interim.
