PORTLAND, Maine — John Newby is the author of “ Brownies and Coffee ”, a book he created while caring for his wife, Venus. At the age of 53, Venus was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s, and Newby began researching how chocolate and coffee might help improve cognitive functions.

Newby joined us in the 207 kitchen and shared his recipe for Tasteborghini brownies.
