CONCORD, N.H. —

President Donald Trump says he wants to get rid of mail-in ballots and do away with voting machines, but New Hampshire election officials say the system is safe and reliable.

Trump said on social media that he's going to lead a movement to end the use of mail-in ballots and voting machines, raising questions of voting security that experts have called unfounded.

"I actually have my mail-in ballot right here," said Colin Moore, a part-time New Hampshire resident who votes in Massachusetts, where his primary residence is.

Moore said mail-in ballots are the best thing to happen to voting.

"It comes right to your house. You cast your ballot," Moore said. "It's as easy as it gets."
