STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The North Shore Rotary Club has awarded more than $30,000 in grants to local organizations committed to improving the quality of life for Staten Islanders.

This year’s grant recipients include: A Chance in Life, Angels on Earth, Camelot, Coalition of Concerned Medical Professionals, Diva for a Day, Eden II, Freedom from Fear, Gianna Nicole’s Heart of Hope Foundation, The GRACE Foundation, Mother to Mother and the New York Center for Interpersonal Development.

Also, On Your Mark, the Richmond County Nurses Honor Guard, Seamen’s Society for Children and Families, Seton Foundation for Learning, Snug Harbor Cultural Center and Botanical Garden, and the Staten Island Native Plant Society.
