CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – A teenager who will be tried as an adult in a murder case has been reindicted.

Barack Williams was arraigned again Monday morning due to a typo in his indictment paperwork.

Williams is accused of shooting and killing Caden Martin, 19, during a robbery at a smoke shop in Charleston last July.

His original indictment paperwork only mentioned a charge of second-degree robbery, but he’s actually facing first-degree robbery and first-degree murder charges.

A trial date has been set for Sept. 2.
