WEST LIBERTY – For any offense to click, it all starts up front, and West Liberty enters the 2025 season with a solid foundation — three returning starters anchoring the offensive line.
At left tackle, redshirt sophomore Isaac Tavo is poised to be one of the most dominant linemen to ever suit up for the Hilltoppers — if he can avoid the injury bug. A gifted all-around athlete, Tavo earned NCAA All-American honors in track and field last spring, placing fourth in the discus at nationals, while also winning an MEC shot put title.
Junior Mason Fraley returns as a three-year starter at center, handling line calls and serving as a steady leader in the trenches. Head coach Roger Waialae has said Fraley’s experience and decision-making make him a cornerstone of the offense.
