Officials from Frederick County were among the roughly 3,000 state and local government representatives who flocked to Ocean City last week for the Maryland Association of Counties’ summer conference.
The Maryland Association of Counties is a nonpartisan, nonprofit group that represents the interests of the state’s 23 counties and Baltimore City. Its first vice president — second in command — is Frederick County Council Member M.C. Keegan-Ayer, who also chairs the chapter organization Women of MACo.
