The second preseason game, after two days of joint practices, is rarely a time for starters to receive playing time. That was the case for most Browns starters against the Philadelphia Eagles .

There was one massive exception.

The starting offensive line for the 22-13 win over the Eagles included Dawand Jones at left tackle. He was the only member of the Browns' No. 1 offensive line to start the game in Philadelphia.

It wasn't a punishment for the third-year pro. Instead, it was an opportunity.

"Yeah, just to get acclimated to being, just feeling how fast it is on game day," Jones said in the locker room after the game. "Knowing that practice is a little bit different from games. Guys get way more breaks than what you do in practice. So it was definitely good to get that."
