Construction on the Morris Family Health and Fitness Complex on the campus of Glenville State will force the Pioneers football team to play its five home games at alternate sites, including Herbert Hoover High School, this season.

The new facility, which is being built on the current site of GSU’s Morris Stadium, will be a center for health and wellness programs on campus as well as the football team among others.

However, the Aug. 30 kickoff for coach Mike Keller’s team plus four Mountain East Conference games had to be relocated.
