GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — As students return to classes, a new community health clinic is now open inside Harrison Park Academy in Grand Rapids.

The Catherine's Health Center clinic opened Monday as Grand Rapids Public Schools (GRPS) welcomed students back.

The clinic has exam rooms, a behavioral health office, a registration area and a lab. Clinic staff will be able to provide checkups, evaluations, immunizations and sports physicals. The behavioral office offers counseling and mental health resources.

The clinic isn't just for students—community members between the ages of 3 and 21 are able receive both medical and behavioral health services regardless of their ability to pay. However, parent or guardian consent is required.
