CHEBOYGAN — The Leadership Cheboygan Class of 2025 will host Walks, Wags and Wiggles, a family-friendly fundraiser for the Cheboygan County Humane Society, on Saturday, Aug. 23.

The event will run from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Cheboygan County Fairgrounds and feature a variety of activities, including a community dance with a live DJ, a treasure hunt, ice cream social, photo booth, face painting, cornhole and a bounce house. Food trucks and vendors will also be available.

Wristbands are $5 for children ages 5 to 17, $10 for adults, and $25 for a family pass. Children 4 and under are free. All proceeds will benefit the Humane Society.

Several local businesses are supporting the fundraiser. Great Dane-level sponsors, contributing $500 or more, include Archambo Electric, Bishop GMC of Cheboygan,
