The Los Angeles Dodgers followed up a triumphant sweep with a brutal loss to the lowly Colorado Rockies on Monday, and the game might have exposed some cracks that call for a bigger fix.

The loss was driven by two concerning plays from outfielder Teoscar Hernandez, who threw to the wrong base in the third inning and dropped a bloop catch in the ninth inning, which set up a walk-off win for the Rockies.

After the game, Los Angeles Times reporter Jack Harris noted that six-time Gold Glove Award outfielder Mookie Betts held a closed-door meeting with manager Dave Roberts and president of baseball operations Andrew Friedman in Roberts' office.
