The CTA said Monday night there was a minor derailment of a Yellow Line train at the Howard Station near Evanston.
About 7:40 p.m., the CTA and the Chicago Fire Department escorted riders from two trains to nearby platforms, according to CTA spokeswoman Catherine Hosinski.
