RANGELEY, Maine — A 14-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with two fires in Rangeley, including one at a vacant home last week, the state fire marshal's office said in a press release Tuesday.
Fire and police departments responded Friday to a house fire at 50 Pleasant St., owned by a Massachusetts resident, according to the release. The home, which was vacant, appeared to have been entered and ransacked, officials said. First responders found several small fires that had burned out on their own, causing little damage.
