(FOX40.COM) — The suspect allegedly involved in the bar fight that left a 21-year-old dead turned himself in to the police on Monday, according to the Dixon Police Department.

Brian Sweeney, 44, was arrested in connection with the death of 21-year-old Kane Nishimoto, who was left with fatal injuries after a bar fight at Luke's Lounge on Saturday.

The investigation determined that both parties were involved in an altercation, resulting in the victim's death, DPD said.

Police confirm no other suspects remain outstanding as they continue to investigate.
