The Permian Basin knows the value of a hard day’s work. We build strong communities, power the state’s economy and create opportunities that last. One of our biggest opportunities now is preparing more West Texans for careers in the skilled trades.
With today’s uncertain economy, many jobs come and go without warning. However, skilled trades, like electrical work, plumbing and HVAC, continue to stand strong as they remain a necessity to the public despite economic turbulence. These hands-on careers require real people. You can’t automate a water heater installation or outsource a breaker panel repair. These jobs are rooted in local communities and offer stability during uncertain times.
