Carroll County firefighters were called Tuesday afternoon to a fire at a dairy farm in New Windsor.
Coldsprings Farm said that a smaller building that was used to store sawdust for bedding collapsed. Another building was deemed a total loss; it contained hay and some equipment.
As of 1 p.m., crews were working to contain the fire to hay, corn and ancillary buildings that were starting to burn on Hawks Hill Road.
No injuries were reported, and all cows were OK, the farm said.
This report will be updated.
