A Virginia school teacher was arrested last week on accusations she had sex with a student, according to records reviewed by PEOPLE.

Katelin Campbell was arrested last Thursday and booked at the Halifax County Adult Detention Center. The 34-year-old was charged with having consensual sex with a child 15 years or older, as well as taking indecent liberties with a child by a person in a custodial relationship, county records show.
