HARRISION COUNTY — A Grant City man is accused of purposefully setting a vehicle on fire in Harrison County.

Virgil James Parman is charged with knowingly burning or exploding.

In a probable cause statement Parman allegedly told a witness he wanted to travel to harass the victim. Once in Harrison County and at the victim’s residence Parman allegedly broke a window of their vehicle and threw a glass bottle containing an unknown liquid inside, which caused the vehicle to ignite in flames.

No court dates are scheduled.
