TYLER, Texas (KETK) -- A new Sephora is expected to open inside the Broadway Square mall in 2026.

Sephora is known for carrying top beauty brands and providing in-store services. According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction is set to begin on March 16, 2026, and is expected to be completed by June 15.

The project will be privately funded, and is estimated to cost $675,000 and take up 5,928 square feet inside the mall. It has not been announced where in the mall the store will be located.
