CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) - Pizza Lino, a new pizza restaurant in Chicopee, celebrated its grand opening with the community on Tuesday.

The restaurant, owned by Lino Rago, offers a variety of Jersey-inspired pizzas. Lino, originally from New Jersey, has partnered with his wife, Gina, who has lived in Chicopee for over 30 years, to bring their culinary creations to the city.

"The town has treated me very well and now it's my turn to invest back into the community," said Lino Rago, owner of Pizza Lino.

Mayor John Vieu led the ribbon-cutting ceremony, officially welcoming Pizza Lino to Chicopee. The owners were also presented with a certificate by the State House, marking the occasion.
