MILAM COUNTY, Texas — A man has pleaded guilty in Milam County to two felony charges involving minors, the Milam County District Attorney's Office has announced.

According to the District Attorney's Office, 40-year-old Kody Lee Land of New Braunfels, formerly of Rockdale, pleaded guilty to Sexual Performance of a Child, a 2nd degree felony, and possession of child pornography, a 3rd degree felony, in Judge John W. Youngblood's 20th District Court on Tuesday, Aug. 19.

Land will be sentenced by Judge Youngblood on Oct. 10 following a presentence investigation and punishment hearing, the District Attorney's Office stated.

The State has reportedly filed motions asking the Court to "stack" the cases so that Land's sentences run back-to-back, rather than concurrently.
