UNION COUNTY, Tenn. — Union County Sheriff Billy Breeding made a new hire last week, bringing in former Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper Isaiah Lloyd.
Lloyd has held several law enforcement positions with documented problems on the job. Records show he was accused of mishandling drugs and money, missing court dates, lying to superiors and groping a woman during a traffic stop.
In 2017, while he was a Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper, he was accused of groping a woman during a traffic stop. He quit right before he was about to be fired.
