COCKE COUNTY, Tenn. — A man is in critical condition after a shooting Tuesday morning, according to Cocke County Sheriff CJ Ball.

Ball said CCSO was told around 8:00 a.m. that a man had at in the 700 block of McGaha Chapel Road in Cosby had been shot after an argument with a neighbor. He was then sent to a hospital in critical condition.

According to CCSO, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is assisting, with all parties having already been identified and questioned. The investigation is active and ongoing.
